Reed Rubber Products
Manufacturer of TPV and thermoplastic gasket extrusions serving commercial fenestration, glazing, and overhead door OEMs.
Ten years of B2B and B2C sales across manufacturing, fenestration and glazing, financial services, and agency work. Today I manage a $2M+ monthly pipeline at Reed Rubber Products, selling custom TPV and thermoplastic extrusions to executive stakeholders and engineering teams at top-tier glazing and commercial fenestration manufacturers.
Manufacturing, fenestration and glazing, mortgage lending, and agency account service: four industries, one consistent approach.
Manufacturer of TPV and thermoplastic gasket extrusions serving commercial fenestration, glazing, and overhead door OEMs.
Brand strategy, creative design, and digital and print campaign work for restaurants, churches, CPG brands, small businesses, and corporate partners, including a major national beauty brand.
Commercial instinct backed by technical fluency; I can talk performance standards with an engineer and margin with a buyer in the same meeting.
Ten years of B2B and B2C selling taught me the same lesson every time: strong relationships are what produce long-term growth with new and existing clients. Trust and confidence come first; they open doors an expanded network keeps opening. My approach pairs the discipline of proven sales frameworks with the philosophy of Zig Ziglar, Dale Carnegie, and Tony Robbins. In a market that values connection over the hard sell, I make sure a customer is comfortable and confident working with me long before I pitch them anything.
Long-cycle deals with executive and C-suite stakeholders, where trust, follow-through, and fair pricing outlast any pitch.
Certified in fenestration standards and comfortable in the drawing, the durometer, and the tolerance stack, not just the quote.
Spreadsheets are my jam. I’d rather hand you one clean table you can act on than a twelve-tab workbook you won’t open.
Training sellers on technique and planning, and closing the gap between marketing and sales: two hands on the same arm, not two arms.
The Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance runs an Emerging Leaders Initiative connecting newer professionals with the industry’s decision-makers through conferences, education, and a mentorship program that pairs them with seasoned veterans.
I’m an active participant: FAPC-certified through FGIA’s education program, and one of three members FGIA features on the initiative’s page and in its member video.
FGIA has been nothing shy of a catalyst for my career growth. Their learning resources quickly brought me up-to-speed and allowed me to gain my FAPC certification, while their networking opportunities connected me with the people and knowledge I needed to succeed. I’m very thankful to be a part of FGIA because without them, I’d be ten steps behind in both what I know and who I know.
Outside of work I’m drawn to problems that require a structured solution: complex, mind-bending concepts and logic challenges. I do my best thinking when the task is to bring clarity to an objectively unclear scenario, which is most of what selling actually is.
My wife and son are the center of everything I do professionally. We live in Westfield, Indiana, where a full, fun-filled life is the highest priority: parks, farms, the boat, and fishing on the White River all summer.
I love making music and serve as a guitarist on the worship team at my local church, a weekly reminder that preparation and listening matter more than volume.
A role and a team that value family connection and balance as much as I do. That’s not a trade-off against ambition; it’s the reason for it.
I thrive in a structured environment with clear KPIs and the autonomy to experiment with new strategies. Whether I’m carrying a number myself or building the team that does, I want to own the outcome end to end.
